The elegant and luxurious villa 'Can Senador' on the island of Ibiza is located in a quiet residential area nestled between San Jose and Cala Tarida. The property is ideally positioned to enjoy the stunning sea views and golden
sunsets directly from the pool area as well as from the roof terrace.

 

The alluring Mediterranean outdoor area leads around the house and welcomes you with a beautiful courtyard surrounding a fountain. From there you have direct access to the sauna area comprising a Finnish sauna and two loungers as well as various seating options with sun sails and a spacious pool terrace. From here you can enjoy a wide panorama of the countryside and the sea beyond. Adjacent to the pool area is a large outdoor dining area equipped with a barbecue for cozy evenings dining a home. The outdoor area encompasses a large roof terrace which is accessible via the outside staircase. Here you can enjoy the perfect picturesque sunsets as the evening slowly takes over.

The main house and the two other pool houses have generous dimensions with almost 300 square meters of living space. The main house welcomes you with beautiful imposing marble and a large skylight above the entrance and living area. The main house consists of 2 bedrooms, each with a bathroom en suite, a spacious living and dining area, an additional restroom, a small kitchen and a utility room.

 

The two pool houses adjacent to the pool each have a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom en suite.
